In diesem Teil sieht man eine Solidstate-Relays Schaltung, welche aber noch nicht zum Einsatz gekommen ist. Dadurch das der Diesel sich noch weiter von der Drehzahl herabsetzen ließ und noch in Erregung blieb, konnten wir ihn auf 230V einstellen und auf die Relays verzichten. Im weiteren Verlauf seht ihr, wie uns es zum Schluss gelingt, einen akzeptablen Spannungsbereich einzustellen. Ich habe hier bewusst auf Hintergrund-Musik verzichtet, da es ein Hinhören auf die Dieselmotordrehzahl erleichtert.

Diese keine Videoreihe zeigt, wie wir aus einen vorhandenen Dieselmotor und Elektromotor ein Stromaggregat bauen. Um einen Drehstrommotor als Generator zu nutzen, muss neben dem Antrieb eine Erregungsspannung anliegen. Diese wollen wir durch 3 Kondensatoren simulieren. Da durch Lastwechsel die Drehzahl schwankt, wird ein Tempomat eingebaut um die Drehzahl konstant bei ca 3000 u/m zu halten. Anschließend wird der Motor durch GEET und HHO sowie Wasser optimiert.
